Secure Online Booking with Availability

What is this?

We have a system called EUBookings.com that allows you, as a guesthouse owner, to list all of your rooms online, with accurate availability and pricing information. You can link directly to the system from your own website, so potential guests can see exactly what rooms you have available and how much they cost.

Once the guest has chosen where they want to stay, they can book online with our EUBookings.com secure online system. An email is sent to you listing all the relevant details, and you can choose whether or not to accept the booking.

The guests credit card details are held on the server, and you can retrieve them at your leisure using another secure web page.

Why would I want this?

Gone are the days when people surfing the net, planning their next break, are willing to wait to see if you have rooms available. They don't want to play 'email ping-pong'.

Ping - "Do you have a room available on this date?"

Pong - "No, but I do have availability on this other date"

Ping - "No that won't suit, how about this alternative date"

Pong - "Well, we do have availability, but not the room type you are looking for"

Instead of having to email back and forth to establish a viable date, just have your availability online. The first you will hear about it is after the guest has already come to your site, decided they want to stay with you, found the room and dates they are happy with, and booked with their credit card details. All you have to do is accept the booking!

How much does it cost?

That's the best part! Unlike other booking systems that are commission based, EUBookings.com is charged at a flat annual fee of Euro 140 ex VAT. Further details are available here.

You can contact us via our website, or you can go along to our EUBookings.com sign up page, and create an account. Creating an account is FREE, and you are under no obligation. You have 30 days to try it out and see if it meets your needs. If you want to continue using the system, simply contact us. We will offer as much assistance as you need to get the system up and running, within reason. If you want, we can set it up for you for a one-off fee of Euro 100.
